The Oak View Estate was a dream in the making for 10 years! Owner operator Susan Burdine has a rich history in the wedding industry and real estate industry, serving as an executive planner for 11 years here in Southwest Florida and broker.  She and her husband Josh, a real estate broker, fell in love with the estate and knew they had to share it's special ambiance with the world.  They welcome couples looking to slip away from it all and reconnect with each other, Florida vacationers and mostly engaged couples who dream of a private and exclusive setting to host their unique celebration.

 

As an event producer, Susan wanted a very intimate marriage ceremony with only parents and siblings present.  She couldn't find a venue or unique setting for a group of intimate size in the area for her own love celebration.  She's excited to offer their estate to couples who have a similar dream of a unique setting with only their closest and dearest looking on.
